George W. Hoffman, 52, of Denver, passed away on July 28, 2026, at Tower Health Reading Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 19, 1974, in Chicago, Illinois, George was a son of the late Carl D. (Gladys) Hoffman and late Mary M. Pettice, and the loving husband of Jennifer (Woods) Hoffman.
For many years, George worked as a mason, dedicating himself to his craft with steadfast commitment and skill. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his grandchildren, cherishing every moment and creating memories that will live on in their hearts. Family gatherings were filled with warmth and laughter, especially around the table where George enjoyed playing board games with his loved ones. These moments of connection and friendship highlight the gentle spirit that defined his life. In addition to his role as a family man, George found deep fulfillment within his faith community. He was a member of Moving Communities to Christ, where he nurtured his spiritual life and formed lasting bonds with fellow members. George’s life was marked by devotion to his family, and unwavering faith. He leaves behind a legacy of love, perseverance, and kindness.
Along with his wife, Jennifer, George is survived by his stepmother, Gladys Hoffman; two children, Brittany N. (Jason) Korth and Charles "Charlie" H. E. (Morgan) Christopher; seven grandchildren, Ian, Ashlynn, Jason Jr., Norah, Oliver, Ziva, Eaddie; siblings, Paula Hoffman, Mark Hoffman, Paul Adkins, Deborah Hoffman, and Tina Ratliff; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, George is predeceased by nephews, Christopher Adkins, and Eric Hoffman.
A Celebration of Life service to be held at Moving Communities to Christ: 4221 Main St, Elverson, PA 19520, at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
