Heckman, Mohnton, Lancaster County, PA. Born in Ebensburg, Cambria County, PA, a daughter of the late George Isaac and Gladys (Cook) Baldwin, she is also survived by a son, Mark W. Frampton, Sandina, Texas. Elnora was a homemaker most of her life. Private Service... All services will be private.
