Donna M. Blair, 66, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026, at Hershey Medical Center. Born on September 28, 1959, in Reading, Pennsylvania, Donna was the daughter of Donald K. and Miriam (Gates) Ulrich.

Donna graduated from Twin Valley High School. She later worked as a Field Auditor for Turkey Hill. Donna was very creative and enjoyed drawing, painting, and crocheting. She loved gardening, swimming, hiking, hunting, fishing, and simply spending time outside. Those who knew her well remember her fondness for animals and nature. Above all, Donna treasured her moments with family, cherishing the laughter, warmth, and togetherness that came with being surrounded by those she loved most. Family was central to Donna’s happiness—she treasured moments spent with her children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories. Donna's life was a testament to strength, warmth, and a profound love for the outdoors. Her legacy endures through her family and the many lives she touched with her gentleness and strength.

Donna is survived by her loving mother, Miriam K. (Gates) Ulrich; her three devoted children, Lynn M. (Curtis) Goshert, Nathan (Kim) Potteiger, and Amber Huber; as well as six grandchildren—Avery, Collin, Austin, Tristen, Damien, and Jesenya—and two step-grandchildren, Raven and Cadence. Donna is predeceased by her father, Donald K. Ulrich, and brother, Michael Ulrich.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 23rd, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at the Good Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Inc., at 6:00 p.m. at Good Sipler Funeral and Cremation Centre, located at 34-38 N. Reamstown Road, Reamstown, PA.
