Mee Yang, 80, formerly of Denver, Lancaster County, died Saturday morning at 11:58 AM in Ephrata Manor where she resided since April 2001. Born in Xiengkhouang, Laos, she was a daughter of the late Shoua Lue Yang and Xia Lo. Mee was a member of the Hmong Alliance Church of Leola.
Mee's visitation services will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2002, and Friday, August 23, 2002, from 10:00 AM to Noon and 6:00 to 9:00 PM each day from our parlor.
The funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2002, at 10:00 AM from The Hmong Alliance Church, 9 South Hershey Avenue, Leola. (Note: The casket will be closed on Saturday at the church.) The burial will follow in Muddy Creek Cemetery, Swartzville, PA.
