 Thaddeus W. “Ted” Sybil, 82, of 118 Red Gate Lane, Reading, Massachusetts, died Tuesday in youville Hospital, Cambridge, MA.  Born in Saugus, MA, he was the husband of Kathleen Woods Sybil, formerly of Adamstown, Lancaster County, PA.   He was a graduate of Saugus High School and Burdett College and was a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church, Reading, MA.   Ted had been employed as a manager for the New England Telephone Company and was an army veteran of WWII.   Surviving in addition to his wife are 3 sisters, Lucille J. Hayes & Francis C. Sybil, both of Medford, MA; and Gertrude F. Cox, Saugus, MA; and nieces and nephews.

Viewing & Visitation

A viewing will be held at The Cota Funeral Home, 335, Park Street, North Reading, Massachusetts, on Thursday, August 16, 2001, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and at The Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, PA, on Monday, August 20, 2001, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.

Cedar Grove Cemetery

Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the Cota Funeral Home on Friday at 9:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be given at 10:00 AM from St. Athanasius Catholic Church, Reading, MA.

Final Commendation and farewell will take place from Cedar Grove Cemetery, Adamstown, PA, following the viewing from our parlors on Monday morning.
