Ada I. Robinson, 99, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, died
Thursday at 12:05 PM in Brethren Village, 3001 Lititz Pike,
Lancaster, PA, where she resided since February 1998.
Born in Sharpsburg, Allegheny County, PA, she was a
daughter of the late Frank and Gussie (Ritter) Grubbs.
Her husband, Dr. Ashby C. Robinson, died November 1957.
She was of the Lutheran Faith and enjoyed gardening.
Mrs. Robinson had worked for 40 years as a dental
assistant.
First, with her late husband for 20 years and later
with the late, Dr. Ted Bowser, both in Pittsburgh.
She is survived by a daughter, June R, married to
Edward F. Cahill, Stevens, PA; 4 grandchildren and 6
great-grandchildren.
A son, Ashby F. Robinson, also preceded her in death.
The family will be holding Ada's services privately from our funeral home with burial in Mt. Lebanon Memorial Cemetery, Pittsburgh, PA.
They ask that rather than flowers, contributions in Ada's memory be sent to Brethren Village, 3001 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA 17606-5093.
