Her husband Edwin S. Lorah, died June 14, 1985.

she worked at the former Berkshire Knitting Mills,
Wyomissing; Grants and Reliable Dress Shop, both formerly of
Ephrata; and last for Mt. Bethany Company, Reamstown.
A graduate of
Mohnton
High School
, she also volunteered for many years at
Ephrata
Community
Hospital
.
Surviving
are 2 daughters, Nancy J., wife of Jack P. McGowan, Stevens,
PA, and Margaret A., wife of Michael T. Sweigart, Omaha, NE; a
son, James R., husband of Sandra (Ream) Lorah, Bernville, PA;
10 Grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3
great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ray O. Schutter,
