Violet
Heinsey, 85, of 72 Park Street, Stevens, Lancaster County,
died Sunday morning at the Essa Flory Hospice Center, East
Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, where she was a guest
since Friday.
Her death followed a brief illness. Born
in Ephrata Township, Lancaster County, she was a daughter of
the late Warren L. and Mabel (Sweigart) Wingenroth.
Her husband, Daniel K. Heinsey, died in 1983.
She
was a member of Swamp United Church of Christ, Reinholds,
Lancaster County.
Mrs.
Heinsey was employed for many years by the former Cinderella
Knitting Mills, Denver; former C & B Trimming, and the
former Reamstown Garment Factory, both of Reamstown.
She
enjoyed crocheting and gardening.
Surviving
are a daughter, Genevieve W. (Heinsey) Kane, Lancaster, PA; 2
sons, Kenneth W., married to Rochelle E. (Lausch) Heinsey,
Stevens, PA; and Larry W., married to Judith L. (Ludwig)
Heinsey, New Holland, PA; 7 grandchildren & 4
great-grandchildren. |

Viewing
& Services... Violet's viewing will be held on Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM from our parlors. The funeral will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2003, at 10:00 AM with The Reverend Bradley J. Haws officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp Cemetery, Reinholds, Lancaster County, PA.
