Mary E. Bowman

Mary E. Bowman, 60, of 862 Fivepointville Road, Stevens, Lancaster County, died Saturday, January 3, in her residence following a brief illness.   Born in Lewistown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Woodrow and Blanche (Brosius) Bohner.  Her husband, Ralph E. Bowman, died December 25, 2002.     She had been employed for 30 years by Atlas Manufacturing, Ephrata.  Mary enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, word searches, shopping and camping.   Surviving are 2 children, Tony E. Bowman, Sr., Stevens, PA; and Connie E. Howe, Ephrata, PA; 3 grandchildren; and 2 brothers, Woodrow W., Jr., married to Adrey (Sides) Bohner, Port Charlotte, Florida; and Charles B. Bohner, Lancaster, PA.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening, January 6, 2004, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM from our funeral home.

The ceremony celebrating Mary's life will be held on Wednesday afternoon, January 7, 2004, at 1:00 PM with The Reverend William E. Hoch officiating.  Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Memorial Park, East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
