Ruth
E. Barthold, 91, formerly of Stony Run Village, Denver,
Lancaster County, and Shillington, Berks County, died Tuesday
afternoon at 2:05 PM in Mifflin Center, Cumru Township, Berks
County, where she resided for the past 4 years.
Born
in Dauberville, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late
Sarah (Phillips) Wagner.
Her husband, Ray N. Barthold, died May 19, 1994.
Mrs.
Barthold was a homemaker and of the Lutheran faith.
Surviving
is a son, Richard R. Barthold, Reading, PA; 2 grandchildren;
and 3 great-grandchildren.
Ruth was cremated and will be buried with the cremains of her husband in Fairview Cemetery, Shillington, Berks County, PA, at a service on Friday morning, July 11, 2003, at 10:00 AM with The Rev. Walton R. Horn officiating.
